No. You can start a gift straight away. We only ask for your email when you save, pay or want to come back to your project later. You can create a password-protected account afterwards if you’d like a dashboard.

No. You answer a short set of guided questions in plain language. Cerro handles the creative work and keeps the characters and story consistent from start to finish.

Most people finish the questions and uploads in one sitting. The expected delivery time for your package is shown before you pay, and we’ll email you as soon as your gift is ready.

Clear, well-lit photos where faces are easy to see work best — ideally a few of each person from different angles. Only upload photos you have permission to use.

Yes. You’ll see how the characters look in your chosen style and can approve them or ask for a revision before the rest of the story is produced.

Each package includes a set number of revisions, shown before you pay. Fixing a factual mistake, like a misspelled name, is handled separately from changes of taste.

Illustrated looks like comic and fairytale, editorial magazine layouts, cinematic stories and playful game-like adventures. You’ll see every available style with a preview when you start.

Only people with the private link. Gifts are never listed publicly, and you can add a secret question the recipient must answer before the story opens.

No. They open the link on their phone or computer, answer the secret question if you set one, and the story begins.

Yes. You can set an expiry date, revoke the link or change the secret question at any time from your project.

No. Your photos and voice notes are used only to make your gift. We won’t use them to train AI models unless you separately and explicitly agree.

Yes. You can delete a project and its media at any time. Our privacy policy explains how long we keep files and why.

Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it, and otherwise in a widely used currency such as US dollars. The currency you’ll be charged in is always shown before you pay.

By card or bank payment through secure payment partners. Cerro never sees or stores your full card details.

The package price is confirmed at checkout. For printed gifts, the delivery fee depends on the address and is shown separately before you pay.
